Meet Dr. Lyndsey
I have always sought alternative ways of understanding the world. My experiences growing up showed me that health is so much more than just physical. I believe being aligned with your optimal state is a harmony between physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Studying and practicing Naturopathic Medicine has allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of health and wellbeing that I am always excited to share with my patients.
I completed my Bachelor of Science degree & Leadership in Environmental Sustainability Certificate at Thompson Rivers University. I then finished my four year Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine Diploma at the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster where I was awarded the Academic Excellence award for graduating at the top of my class.
I love mountains, lakes, the ocean and community. This naturally drew me to the Comox Valley. When I’m not in the clinic, I’m probably playing soccer, paddle boarding, hiking, snowboarding, at the yoga studio or reading a book at home.
As a Naturopathic Doctor, I have the pleasure of being able to sit down with you and thoroughly listen to the health concerns you have. We will come up with an individualized treatment plan that fits your lifestyle. My purpose is to support your body’s natural healing mechanisms. Together, we can awaken your health so you can live your best life.
